Guild 2v2
printer friendlyemail to someone

The Guild 2v2 occurred this past Saturday, allowing Iron Serpents to hone their battle skills against one another in a team activity. Only one team managed to go undefeated, which included Valance and Bouzouki who will take their position as Iron Champion until their title is challenged. Second place was awarded to High Warlords On and Beefuul. Unfortunately their claws and daggers were no match for the Lich King in Bouzouki's back pocket. Coming in third was Dean and his two pets Ace and Torihn.

Try as he might Wezen just couldn't get his Fire Elemental under control long enough to conjure up a win for him and his team mate Dakkon. However, they managed to go a perfect 0-3 and score themselves the "Target Dummy" Guild Achievement.

Congratulations to all who participated! Stay tuned for the guild 1v1 coming soon.

For The Horde Completed

Last weekend marked the completion of Thrall's achievement For the Horde when the Iron Serpents (along with some of their allies from Nyx) successfully defeated the two remaining Alliance leaders; Stormwind's King Varian Wrynn and the Dwarven Leader Magni Bronzebeard.

After these victories Thrall himself bestowed upon each Serpent a Reins of the Black War Bear to show his gratitude for their work.
A few engineers were able to collect data with their Super Snapper 3000s and the following images document the demise of the fallen leaders.

Congratulations all who participated! You will be rewarded with two medals as a reminder of your victory, a piece of the King's Tabard and a sip of Dwarven Ale.

Putting Out the Lights: Prophet Valen Falls Quickly to the Might of the Iron Serpents
printer friendlyemail to someone
The Iron Serpents began their newest campaign victoriously when they defeated not only Prophet Valen but also the Night Elf leader Tyrande Whisperwind in the same day.

The day’s activities began at a small camp in southern Felwood where Iron Serpents made their way to the docks of Auburdine under the cover of the forest. Despite the public cries, nothing stopped this group of soldiers and guards went down as easy as a glass of Dalaran White.

From Auburdine the Iron Serpents took the first boat to Bloodmyst Isle where they entered the Draenei crash site known as The Exodar. They made quick work of any guards and followed closely behind Nelligrand as they approached the Draenei leader, Prophet Valen.

Victory was quick and sweet for this group of soldiers, with the only casualties being Valen and his ill-equipped guards.

Fueled by the adrenaline that had resulted over Valen’s defeat, the group of Serpents swiftly made they way back to Auburdine where they boarded the first boat to Darnassus, the Elven capital.

Again, remaining close together, their numbers overpowered any force that got in the way. Alliance soldiers and guards proved to be no match and just as they had done only moments earlier with Valen, the Iron Serpents stormed the Temple and defeated Tyrande with ease.

While today’s events were victorious, stronger foes lay ahead. The Iron Serpents will continue their campaign by defeating Kings Varian Wrynn and Magni Bronzebeard in due time.

Documentation of the day's events can be found here and here.
